We had never heard of Ballard Designs until we saw an ad in Country Living. Found the Constance chairs, ordered 2 sets in the driftwood oak. Were very surprised to have them delivered only 2 days later. The chairs are very well wrapped for shipping. They are light weight but appear to be very sturdy. We are glad we took a chance and ordered. Very pleased with the chairs and the quick service.
